3. Personal data collection and processing
The personal data that may be processed on the website is indicated below, as well as the legal basis justifying such data processing.
“Contact Us” Form. To process this form, data such as name and surname, email address, telephone number, and the optional message text will be processed.
“15-Day Free Trial” Registration: To process your free trial registration on the platform, personal data such as name and surname, telephone number, email address, and password will be processed. You can also register through providers such as Google and Facebook, whose personal data will be processed by these providers.
Commercial Communications. To process any commercial communications and/or newsletter subscriptions regarding QUBU’s products and services, your email address will be processed, along with any other personal data required to process such processing.
Customer and/or User Service via instant messaging. To manage any type of support in case of questions regarding the services offered, data such as email address, as well as any other information you choose to communicate through the enabled chat, will be processed.
“Work with us” form. To manage any job application, your data such as name and surname, email address, phone number, resume, and, optionally, your photograph will be processed. You have the option to manage your application through the providers LinkedIn and Indeed, whose personal data will be processed by them.
4. Legal basis for the processing of your data
The legal basis justifying the processing of the aforementioned data is:
Consent of the data subject for the demo request forms, newsletter subscriptions, to manage submitted applications, webinar registration, user support in the chat, and the processing of optional cookies accepted by the user.
Compliance with legal obligations for fraud prevention, communication with public authorities, and third-party claims.
5. Retention of your personal data
Personal Data is only retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected with your express consent, to meet your needs, or to comply with legal obligations.
The following criteria are used to determine how long Personal Data is retained:
Personal Data obtained when contacting QUBU regarding an inquiry or request: for the time necessary to resolve the inquiry.

Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. QUBU reserves the right to terminate the services contracted with users if the information provided is false, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
QUBU is not responsible for the veracity of information not of its own creation or for which another source is indicated, and therefore assumes no liability for any hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of said information.
QUBU reserves the right to update, modify, or delete the information contained on its web pages, and may even limit or deny access to said information to QUBU. The claimants may be exonerated.
10. Security measures applied to protect your personal data
QUBU has adopted the legally required levels of personal data protection security and endeavors to implement any additional technical means and measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data provided to QUBU.
QUBU is not liable for any hypothetical damages that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns, or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system due to causes beyond QUBU’s control, delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the Data Processing Center, the Internet system, or other electronic systems, as well as for any damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intrusions beyond QUBU’s control.
