Terms of Use
Proferox Invest S.L. (hereinafter QUBU) is an online service for managing various aspects of a business. These terms and conditions set forth the rights and obligations of the user and of QUBU as the service provider.
QUBU assumes that any user using the service has read and accepted the terms of use. Furthermore, QUBU reserves the right to update and modify the Terms and Conditions of Use without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions are always available at www.qubu.app.
QUBU, with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B67373449 and registered office at Calle Pablo Iglesias, 56, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry, Volume 46770, Folio 200, Section 8, Page 530336, Entry 1, provides the QUBU Website and its related services in accordance with the terms set forth below.
This agreement will be effective from the date you check the box indicating acceptance of this agreement at the bottom of this document. Any new features that may be added to the Services will be subject to the Terms of Use. The user’s continued use of the Service after any modifications will constitute acceptance of such modifications. The most recent version of the Terms of Use can be found at https://www.qubu.app/.
Failure to comply with any of the Terms of Use may result in account termination.
1. Account Terms
To access the service, you must be at least sixteen years of age.
You must provide a full legal name, email address, and all information requested by QUBU during the account creation process.
It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate information. QUBU reserves the right to delete any account if its inaccuracy is suspected or if it violates any of the Terms of Use.
The user is responsible for maintaining the privacy of their account. QUBU is not responsible for any damage or loss that may result from a user’s failure to protect their login information.
The parties agree to legally equate the client’s handwritten signature with that made using any other type of key, code, or identifying security element. Without prejudice to the foregoing, QUBU may, when deemed necessary, require written confirmation from the Customer.
2. Types of Contract
The subscription to a QUBU payment plan begins the moment the User enters their card details and makes their first payment. The limits for each plan are specified in the pricing section of qubu.app/pricing or qubu.app/es/precios. If the User exceeds any of their rate limits, they will be required to increase the rate.
QUBU reserves the right to modify the rates unilaterally and at any time, without granting Users any right to compensation for such changes.
3. Payment and Access
To make payments, a valid bank card must be entered into the account. QUBU will periodically charge the User a recurring fee depending on the type of account contracted.
The Service will be charged in advance each period and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of the Service, nor will there be refunds if the user does not use the Service during the account period. Exceptions will not be made under any circumstances, except as specified in the return policy at the end of this document.
The user agrees that confirmation of acceptance of the contract is not required when it has been concluded exclusively through electronic communication.
If the user reaches the limit for any of the contracted items based on their account level (users, invoices, contacts, synchronized banks, etc.), they will not be allowed to continue adding items unless they upgrade their account. Thereafter, the next billing will be charged to their card for the new amount, unless the account is canceled.
In the event of non-payment or a returned invoice, the user will be notified of the default and will automatically lose the ability to access the Service. Data will be deleted within thirty (30) days from the date of default.
No fee includes taxes or duties required by government authorities. The user is responsible for the payment of these taxes or duties.
The user has the right to decide who to add to their account, with the role they deem appropriate, if the plan they have purchased allows it.
4. Service and Plan Modifications
QUBU reserves the right to modify or suspend the Service, temporarily or permanently, in any event.
at any time and for any reason it deems appropriate, with or without prior notice.
QUBU reserves the right to change the monthly fees with 15 days’ notice. Notification of fee changes will be posted on the QUBU website and in writing.
5. Cancellation and Termination
The user is responsible for the proper cancellation of their account. The account may be canceled at any time through the profile menu.
If the account is deleted, but not canceled, all content will be deleted after 30 days.
The user may cancel their account at any time, but will be responsible for all charges made up to that point, including the full monthly charge for the month in which they discontinue service. Thereafter, they will not be charged.
QUBU reserves the right to cancel an account or prevent use of the Software for those who do not comply with these terms of use.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
QUBU owns all intellectual property rights in any and all copyrightable components of the Service, including, but not limited to, the Service name, artwork, all software associated with the Service and the user interface elements contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and related documentation.
The user agrees not to copy, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service owned by QUBU.
The user also agrees and undertakes not to use robots, spiders, or other automated devices or manual processes to monitor or copy any content on the Service.
QUBU does not claim any intellectual property rights in the content that the user uploads or provides to the Service. However, by using the Service to submit content, the user agrees that third parties may view and share this submitted content.
7. General Conditions
The user is fully responsible for the access and correct use of QUBU, subject to current national and international law, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, decency, and public order. Specifically, the user undertakes to diligently observe these General Conditions of Use.
The user agrees not to resell, duplicate, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Service without QUBU’s express written consent. The user may not use the Service to store, host, or send harmful or unsolicited email (spam).
The user understands that the Service may be used to transmit their Content and that, during this process, their Content (including invoices, payment notices, and personal messages) may be transferred unencrypted over the Internet. The user may not use the service to transmit any viruses, worms, or any type of malicious or harmful content.
QUBU makes no warranties regarding the user’s ability to use the Service, their satisfaction with it, its availability at all times, uninterruptedly, and error-free, the accuracy of the mathematical calculations performed by the Service, or the correction of errors in the Service.
Neither QUBU, nor its partners, nor its sponsors are liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages arising from or in any way related to the user’s use of the Service. The user can only resolve their dissatisfaction with the Service by ceasing to use it and canceling their account.
If any condition described herein is invalidated or unenforceable, the application of any of the remaining conditions shall in no way be affected.

The Terms of Use establish the full understanding between the user and QUBU regarding the Service and prevail over any prior agreement between the user and QUBU.
The Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Spain. The user and QUBU agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona to resolve any legal issues related to the Terms of Use.
8. Security and Privacy
Proferox Invest S.L. is duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, thus complying with current regulations on the confidentiality and security of confidential data.
The data that users enter into QUBU is hosted on Google servers in the European Union, thus guaranteeing both data hosting regulations and the highest levels of security and accessibility on the market.
Proferox Invest S.L. has access to account data for the purpose of improving its services.

All QUBU employees and partners have signed a confidentiality agreement in compliance with privacy regulations, including the GDPR.
Return Policy
Monthly Subscriptions: If during the first 30 days of using QUBU the user is not satisfied with the service, they should contact us at info@qubu.app. QUBU is committed to finding a solution to their needs, and if this is not possible, they will refund their money. If the user is not satisfied, they will be offered a FULL REFUND.
Annual Subscriptions: If during the first 30 days of using QUBU the user is not satisfied with the service, they should contact us at info@qubu.app. QUBU is committed to finding a solution to their needs, and if this is not possible, they will refund their money. If the user is not satisfied, they will be offered a FULL REFUND.
Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed until manually canceled. To cancel a subscription, the user must do so through the Account Settings in their recovered account. A FULL REFUND will be issued for cancellations up to seven business days after the automatic renewal date.
Exception to QUBU’s return policy: Refund requests will not be accepted from users whose service has been suspended or terminated due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
